Sure, I enjoy setting the scene and telling a good story.
But I’m also skilled at digging into research literature, interviewing experts, and clarifying picky details. I can zero in on the information that’s important for your readers and accurately convey the big picture and fine nuances.
My foundation comes from years of editorial experience and a BA with honors in English, phi beta kappa, from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, and an MA in professional and technical communication from the University of North Texas.
I’ve worked as a senior editor, managing editor, technical writer, web editor, book collaborator, communications specialist, contributing editor, newspaper stringer, and freelance writer. My reporting and writing have won multiple awards.
Lately I report and write articles, develop book and communications projects, and teach writing to college students.
After hours, I enjoy table tennis, preparing fresh organic produce, and feeding one husband and two rescue cats.
